Hugo Doeleman has received an Rubicon grant from the Dutch Scientific Organization (NWO).

His proposal, titled ‘Quantum Acoustic Resonators for Efficient Transduction’, was ranked first among this round’s physical science proposals! The proposal aims to develop an efficient and low-noise microwave-to-optical transducer based on the bulk acoustic wave resonators studied in our group. This grant will fund part of his research for the next two years. Congratulations Hugo!
